What is ColorMonthly™?

ColorMonthly serves both Distributors and Customers.

Do I need to provide my social security number in order to become a Distributor?
In order to earn commissions, yes, you would need to agree to the Distributor Agreement and will need to submit your social security number via IRS form W9 so that ColorMonthly can send a 1099 at year end, if you qualify for one, if you are a US Citizen or reside in the United States. Here’s how it works: once your commissions meet or exceed $600 for the calendar year, you will be contacted by ColorMonthly.com to submit IRS tax form w9. Your commissions will be placed on hold until ColorMonthly received your completed IRS tax form w9.
Distributors outside the United States do not need to provide a Social Security Number or submit a w9, but must agree to abide by the ColorMonthly Distributor Agreement.
I don’t have a credit or debit card. Can I sign up using a friend or family member’s card?
No. ColorMonthly does not allow third party payments in this manner. The credit or debit card on file must match the name and social security number of the Distributor.
Can I change who I signed up under?

No. ColorMonthly Distributors do not have a set territory. Each Distributor is free to market their business in any area it is legal to do so.

Will the price of the club membership ever exceed $10 a month?
The price of the Club ColorMonthly program, which is $10 per month for more than 30 coloring pages delivered digitally via email, will never exceed $10 a month. The exception to this would be mandatory taxes and/or fees imposed by the government.
Why haven’t I heard about this company?
Good question! ColorMonthly.com was launched in fall of 2015 as a subscription based coloring club. The network marketing portion of this company was launched in February of 2017, so we’re new. Lots and lots of opportunity available!
Is ColorMonthly available in Canada, the UK, or Australia?
Because ColorMonthly’s flagship product, our $10 a month Club ColorMonthly program, is accessed digitally, there is no restriction from consuming or marketing this opportunity internationally, wherever it is legal to do so. Prices for Club ColorMonthly are in USD only, and commission checks are sent from a US bank in USD. International Distributors are responsible for any personal conversion fees.
Are there tools and graphics for Distributors to promote ColorMonthly from the company?
Yes. Each week, new graphics are provided to all Active Club ColorMonthly Distributors via the Distributor’s Back Office, as well as our Club ColorMonthly Facebook Group.
Do I have to join the Club ColorMonthly Facebook Group to be a Distributor?
No. The Facebook group is offered as a free resource to Active Distributors as a way of communicating with one another, and sharing marketing and coloring ideas. It is not required for Distributors to be involved. There are rules and courtesy required to be a member of the Facebook group, and ColorMonthly reserves the right to remove Distributors from the group at it’s discretion.
Can Distributors create their own graphics to use for promoting ColorMonthly?
Yes. However, due to strict FTC rules and regulations focused on income claims, our compliance department needs to double check that they are OK before use. Simply email your graphics to email@example.com and we’ll get back to you within two business days with approval (or a reason why we cannot approve).
Can Distributors use the ColorMonthly name in their Facebook Page or Group?
Yes. Distributors are allowed to use the name “ColorMonthly” in the name of their Facebook Pages and/or Groups, HOWEVER, in order to differentiate between the main ColorMonthly Facebook Page and Group, Distributors must elaborate on the title by including their own chosen team name, or personal name. For example, “ColorMonthly – Team Jon Smith” or “ColorMonthly – Team Colorific”.
What is the commission structure?
Club ColorMonthly has 50% commission available, which is spread out over a 7-level platform as follows:
7 Level Commission Payout
1st – $2 commission – 20% of the total sale
2nd – $0.25 commission – 2.5% of the total sale
3rd – $0.25 commission – 2.5% of the total sale
4th – $1 commission – 10% of the total sale
5th – $0.25 commission – 2.5% of the total sale
6th – $0.25 commission – 2.5% of the total sale
7th – $1 commission – 10% of the total sale
This commission is reoccurring, meaning that each time a payment is made by a Customer or Distributor, their Sponsor will earn commission, month after month, assuming the Sponsor is an Active Distributor.
Do Distributors earn commissions on other products?
Yes. The 7-level payout is for the $10/m Club ColorMonthly program only. All other products payout 20% commission for personal sales, and a 5% bonus commission for Level 1 sales to Active Distributors.
Can a Distributor be involved in ColorMonthly and a different direct sales or network marketing company at the same time?
ColorMonthly does not have any rules limiting a Distributor’s involvement in other direct sales or network marketing programs. It is suggested that potential Distributors involved in multiple companies check the Terms of Service in the other companies to make sure that they are not in violation by also joining ColorMonthly.
Can a Distributor change their Sponsor?
No. It is not possible for a Distributor to change his/her Sponsor for any reason, at any time. This includes upon initial signup. Whatever Distributor a potential customer/distributor encounters first will become their Sponsor, even if a potential customer/distributor finds another ColorMonthly Distributor later. The first Distributor will receive the new enrollee, and the commissions for the enrollee, regardless of if a different Distributor link is used in the future. This is designed to benefit those who are actively promoting ColorMonthly. If a Distributor attempts to cancel, and then rejoin, the same scenario will occur – the original Sponsor will still be linked to the Distributor. If a Distributor asks for a refund, the refund will be granted, and the Distributor will be prevented from further purchases.
How much money will I make in ColorMonthly?
That’s a good question. The truth is, everyone’s experience is going to be drastically different. It depends on how much time you spend working at it as a business – a lot of people just want some free coloring pages and a bit of training or experience – others want to make this a full-time gig. ColorMonthly cannot guarantee that you’ll make any money in this business, or that anyone will. ColorMonthly offers fantastic coloring pages for about the same price that you’d pay at the store, and the opportunity to build a business on top of it. What you do with it is up to you. Many people you enroll will never enroll anyone else – they just like the coloring pages, and that’s OK. They’ll help you get yours for free.
Are Distributors employees of ColorMonthly?
No. Distributors are not employees of ColorMonthly or it’s parent company, Cleobird, Inc.
Will ColorMonthly issue a 1099?
ColorMonthly and its parent company, Cleobird, Inc, will issue a 1099 for tax purposes to all qualifying Distributors at year end.
Who is responsible for the Distributor’s income taxes and business expenses?
A ColorMonthly Distributor is 100% responsible for their income taxes and business expenses. It is the responsibility of the ColorMonthly Distributor to report earnings to appropriate agencies within their own State/Country and abide by the laws they’ve set. Business expenses, such as internet access, printer paper, cell phone expenses, local advertising expenses, etc, that a ColorMonthly Distributor chooses to incur to run their business are the sole responsibility of the Distributor. ColorMonthly will not reimburse these costs.

How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid to Active Distributors on the 5th of the month following the closed month via physical check. In other words, commissions earned in January will be paid & mailed February 5th.
The first commissions for ColorMonthly will commence on April 5th, 2017, for commissions earned from launch until March 31st, 2017.
Commissions must exceed $10 to have a check sent. If commissions are less than $10, they will roll over to the next month. Commissions are paid in USD only; any foreign transaction fees are the responsibility of the Distributor.
Is direct deposit available?
At this time, direct deposit is not available. All commissions are paid via physical check in US Dollars.
Will my commissions go towards my monthly purchase?
At this time, we are unable to credit accounts with commissions.
What is the refund policy?
A Customer or Distributor can request a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Accounts, including Distributor accounts, with processed refunds may be disabled to prevent future purchases at ColorMonthly’s discretion. A Distributor who requests a refund is considered an Inactive Distributor, and will forfeit any commissions earned during that month.
What happens to commissions if a refund is given?
If a Customer or Distributor is given a refund, commissions will be deducted from the Distributor(s) commissions owed. If commissions have already been paid, they will be deducted from future commissions owed.
What is an Active Distributor?
An Active Distributor is a Distributor whose $10 monthly purchase has successfully processed that month.
What happens if a Distributor goes “Inactive”?
If a Distributor’s $10 Club ColorMonthly purchase is unable to process during the month, the Distributor will forfeit any commissions earned that month. If the $10 Club ColorMonthly purchase is unable to process for three consecutive months, the Distributor’s account will be closed and the Distributor will lose their downline permanently.
Can I print off copies of the coloring pages and distribute or sell them?
No. Club ColorMonthly coloring pages are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared. It is fine if your friend comes over to your house and wants to color a page with you, but it is not OK to share your username and password with that friend so she can print pages at home.
There are a selection of sample/free pages that you can print and distribute to gain interest in your business locally. You may not sell these pages, but may use them to giveaway/market.

Can I gift my membership?
Yes. If a Distributor will not use his/her Club ColorMonthly membership, but still wishes to participate in the program, he/she may gift the monthly product to one of their family members or friends. Each Club ColorMonthly membership is intended for personal use by one person or household.
Can I sell products I create with the pages I color myself?
Customers and Distributors are more than welcome to create t-shirts, notebooks, and other products for their own personal use with completed pages that they have colored (not the black and white pages). If you would like to sell these as products, please check with our compliance department at firstname.lastname@example.org first. Often, the answer is yes.

Can I have more than one Club ColorMonthly membership?
There is no limit to how many Distributor accounts one person may have. You will, however, need to create a unique username and use a separate email address for each account.
Can family members in the same household also have Distributor accounts?
Can I sign up my child as a Distributor for ColorMonthly?
All ColorMonthly Distributors must be 18 or older, for the simple fact that they must be old enough to agree to our Terms of Service/Distributor Agreement. If you would like to set up an account for your child under the age of 18, you can create an additional Distributor account under your name and your social security number (this is one of the reasons why we permit multiple accounts). When your child turns 18, contact our support department and we can transfer the Distributor account to your child’s name and social security number.
Can I sign up as a Distributor with my business name?
If you have a legal business entity, with a dedicated TIN (tax identification number), then yes, you may sign up using your business name. If you do not have a TIN, then you must sign up with your name and your social security number. You are free, however, to use your business name as your username if desired.
