We’ve spent the last few weeks talking about how Club ColorMonthly is different than many of the other direct sales or network marketing companies out there. But, I understand. You’re probably already involved in another company. You may have a team built that you don’t want to walk away from simply because I am telling you that this new company is better.
The truth is, every company has pros and cons. Every company is good in some ways and not so good in other ways. ColorMonthly is the same.
I don’t want you to “quit your day job”, er, that is, quit your other direct sales company to join ColorMonthly. ColorMonthly makes the perfect side biz. I love it when distributors from other companies, who already understand how network marketing and direct sales work, join us. When they utilize the resources we provide, for free, and grow their coloring business, often they find that ColorMonthly is the more profitable company.
Years ago, I had been a certain plastic containers rep for years, off and on. I had built a good income selling plastic at home parties in Montana, but when we moved to Florida and I had to start my business over, I just never got back into it. I didn’t know anyone in Florida, and had a hard time making connections. Plus, I was getting going online and knew that was where my true interest was.
Still, I loved my plastic products! My entire house had them everywhere! Even my cats ate out of it. And if I need something they make, to this day I still pay more and buy it from on of their consultants instead of the cheap knock off products at Wal*Mart.
I remember going to an annual convention with my director in Florida one year. There were prizes and congratulations for all the big-wigs in the company. My director was recognized, since she had just earned a higher status, so I started quizzing her on the different achievement levels and income ranges.
There were car bonuses (or allowances), trip bonuses, free products, recognition, and yes, money. But as I was watching all those big-wigs get up on stage, the ones who had been with it for years, and everyone was hooting and hollering about how great it all was, I came to a financial realization: most of the big-wigs (not all) were not making close to 6-figures. They had been at it for 10-20 years, had to go out on a weekly basis and do parties themselves, and they were making less than what I considered a dream income at the time.
It was one of those ah-ha moments for me. Prior to going to the convention (which, by the way, was a total blast, and which, by the way, ColorMonthly does NOT currently do) I had decided to set my income goal at a 6-figure salary. But here I was in a room full of women who were standing on chairs and cheering for half that amount.
It wasn’t too long after that that I began to concentrate 100% on just one network marketing opportunity. Some distributors involved in other businesses feel the way I do, wanting to concentrate their efforts on only one business, while others continue (just fine) with multiple companies. Some distributors add coloring to their retail offerings either online, at shows, or even at some parties. Most feel it’s a good thing to interest the moms they come in contact with.
Plus, every distributor in any company has a list of their “nos”; those people you asked to join your current opportunity that turned it down for one reason or another. When you revisit that list with a new opportunity, like the super simple ColorMonthly, many of those nos become yeses.
So, yes, I know that many of you are already involved in another direct sales or network marketing company, and I do not want you to quit that other company. I want you to stay in it, and remain active, and blow it out of the water. I want you to totally ROCK your main business!
Think of ColorMonthly as the perfect side biz. Soon enough, you’ll start to realize the awesome growth potential of this simple business, and it may just become your main biz after all.
Like everything in life, opportunity is there for the taking. So take it already!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the team!
