This fun ColorMonthly coloring pages craft comes at a perfect time if you’re looking for a do-it-yourself mother’s day gift! Today, I’m going to show you how to make a mother’s day bouquet for…well Mother’s Day 😉
First, there are a few supplies you will need:
- Tape (double sided sticky tape) or a craft glue that will work on glass bottles
- Twine (or ribbon)
- Small Vintage Glass Bottle Set
- Artificial Flowers
- And of course your ColorMonthly coloring template!
You can pick up your free template here:
First, print off your template. Each template will allow you to decorate three bottles. If you want to create more than three, print the template as many times as you need. Once you print, it’s time to get your color on. I used sharpie markers for mine, but you can use anything you’d like. Colored pencils, gel pens, go for it!
Once colored, cut out each of the three designs:
Next, line the back of one colored sheet with double sided adhesive tape (or a craft glue meant for glass objects):
Once it’s lined with the tape or glue, wrap it around the bottle:
Now it’s time to add the twine or ribbon as a decorative bow to tie it all together:
Once you have each one of the glass bottles decorated with the colored template and a bow tied around it, it’s time to break apart the flower bouquet and add one flower to each jar.
And there you have it! Cute bouquets for a Mother’s Day Gift!
